Where it all began
Taste of Italy started with a simple idea: bring the flavors of Northern Italy to Southern California. Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Lombardy, Piedmont, and the Veneto — where butter and cream share the stage with aged cheeses and earthy truffles — we set out to create something different from the typical pizzeria.
